I run member reports and to show financial members and members that have Paid Products show up as un-financial Members.
Why are these Members un-financial?
A member's "Financial Status" is not directly related to Products. The financial status of a member does not change automatically at the end of a season to un-financial. It is a status you may edit when editing a members profile.
To manually make a members status Financial, select the member record and the Edit icon. Under "Financial", tick the check-box Member Financial? and select Update Member to finalise this process. This will change the Member Financial status to Yes (Financial).
In future, it is best to run a financial report using the Transactions report and filter the Transaction Status to "Unpaid" to identify those that have selected a Product but have not paid for the product.
