Part of the sign-up process to our Support Centre is the use of CAPTCHA code to confirm that you are human. The reason CAPTCHA code is used it mainly to stop SPAM from infiltrating the Support Centre, flooding it with malicious registrations. Unfortunately the CAPTCHA words are difficult to read, and in some cases (for Internet Explorer version 9 users for example) the code does not even display.
If you are using IE9, you should notice a pop-up appear at the bottom of the screen (as displayed below):
Click Show all content and the screen should refresh and display the CAPTCHA code for you.
